Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the engineering of Glamiora devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return under this policy, the device must be in its original condition, securely packed in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and protective seals intact.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a device that is defective out of the box, malfunctions under normal intended use, or fails our authenticity benchmarks, we will issue a full 100% refund or provide an immediate replacement at zero cost to you. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video evidence of the defect.

3. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

For non-defective returns (e.g., "change of mind" or "ordered by mistake"), a standard restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your total refund amount. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used skincare/haircare topicals (for sanitary and health reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
