Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Production or fulfilment time, weekends, holidays, customs, weather, remote-area surcharges, and carrier disruption can cause delays. Expedited transit does not shorten production or customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Import taxes or duties, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email supplied at checkout. Contact support if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period.

The optional image consultation is for adults using their own facial photographs. It describes visible cosmetic appearance, asks follow-up questions and matches preferences to reviewed catalog information. It does not diagnose a condition, measure hydration or oil production, establish ingredient safety, estimate skin age, or guarantee results. Lighting, camera processing, makeup and skin-tone representation can affect results. This service has not been clinically validated.

Camera positioning and its mesh run on your device. Photos are sent for analysis only after you review them and expressly consent. The configured analysis provider is Gemini; image mode may remain unavailable until its setup and safeguards are ready. Selected images and relevant follow-up answers are sent through our server only to that named provider; they are not sent to advertising or affiliate services. There is no automatic fallback to another provider. You may instead use the camera-free routine finder.

Glamiora does not save facial images to its database or write image contents into application logs. Images are processed in memory and local thumbnails are cleared after the first-look analysis completes. We do not use customer or reviewer data to train, fine-tune, evaluate or develop AI models, and there is no facial-image archive or model-development consent request. Unless you separately choose to save a skin profile for your own use, observations and responses remain in temporary server memory for up to 20 minutes, and you can clear the session.

A necessary session cookie protects access to your consultation. One successful facial analysis is allowed every 24 hours per browser device and, when signed in, per account. This uses a random HTTP-only device cookie and pseudonymous account/device hashes on our existing server, not a device fingerprint or facial identifier. Failed requests and unusable photos do not consume this personal allowance. Follow-up answers, saved profiles and the camera-free finder do not require another scan. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed during subsequent use; aggregate request/token counters help prevent abuse and limit costs. Clearing cookies or using another browser can bypass a guest device limit, so it is not a biometric identity check.

Saving a skin profile is optional and requires a separate choice. The saved profile contains your selected cosmetic answers, goals, exclusions and routine preferences, a flag where your answers call for professional advice, and any cosmetic image observations you choose to retain. It does not contain photographs, facial landmark coordinates, identity details, or free-text product notes. Profiles are encrypted on Glamiora’s existing server and linked to this browser through a secure, HTTP-only cookie. They restore in the private concierge; public store reminders receive only whether a profile exists, not your skin characteristics.

A saved profile is accessible for 90 days after its last successful save; expired encrypted records are removed by daily maintenance. Recommendations are rebuilt from reviewed catalog information when you return, rather than preserving obsolete prices or availability. You may pause automatic updates or use “Forget saved profile” to remove the active saved record and browser cookie. “Clear session” clears the temporary consultation, not a separately saved profile. This browser-based profile does not synchronize automatically to other devices or browser profiles. Avoid saving on a shared device. Protected infrastructure backups may retain encrypted records under their normal retention schedule; forgetting a Glamiora profile does not remove any separate records retained by the analysis provider.

Gemini customer-image processing requires an actively billing-enabled Google Cloud project and documented privacy and cosmetic-quality review. Under Google’s paid-service terms, submitted content is not used to improve its models. Glamiora disables interaction storage, but Google may retain prompts and responses for a limited period for abuse prevention and legal requirements. Provider retention for abuse monitoring and other exceptions may still apply. See Gemini’s current data controls. Visual observations are tentative. Your answers may qualify or contradict them. A region-by-region review covers visible external cosmetic appearance, including the skin around the eyes, lips and beard area where assessable; it does not examine eye health or infer gender. An occasional personal note may acknowledge a clearly visible feature, but never assesses a spot’s health or makes an attractiveness score. You can hide that note. Formula facts and research references are limited to reviewed sources; ingredient presence alone does not establish finished-product performance. Seek a qualified clinician’s advice for persistent irritation, pain, new or changing spots, or other medical concerns.

Contact glamiora@akadtech.cloud within 30 days of delivery before returning anything. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety, change-of-mind returns are limited to products that remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. The customer is responsible for tracked return shipping for an approved change-of-mind return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional product cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection or claim approval. Bank processing time is outside Glamiora's control. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

We collect information needed to operate the store, including contact details, shipping and billing information, order contents, support messages, device/browser information, IP address, and consent or marketing preferences.

Payments are processed by Stripe; Glamiora does not store full payment-card numbers. Store and fulfilment operations may involve WooCommerce, our manufacturing and fulfilment service providers, hosting providers, Supabase, email/CRM services such as Klaviyo, and delivery carriers.

With the required consent, analytics and advertising services may receive cookie identifiers and website-event information. You may withdraw optional consent through the site's privacy controls. Necessary cookies remain active for cart, checkout, security, and authentication.

Our optional first-party store analytics records public page categories, product interactions, broad traffic sources, device categories and country. A random browser cookie identifies a consenting browser; a verified signed-in customer ID can associate their actions with their account. We do not save IP addresses, form contents, search text, photographs, consultation results or authentication-page activity in this analytics system. Browsing events are retained for 90 days. Withdraw analytics permission through Privacy choices; contact glamiora@akadtech.cloud for access or deletion requests.

When you follow an affiliate or performance-marketing link, we record a limited first-party attribution identifier, referral or click code, campaign labels, landing page, and timestamp for up to 30 days. This is used to identify the single partner eligible for commission, prevent duplicate payouts, investigate fraud, and reconcile refunds or cancellations. We do not sell this attribution record.

Promotional email and SMS are optional and require separate consent at checkout or another clearly labelled signup form. Transactional order and delivery messages do not enroll you in marketing. Marketing email contains an unsubscribe option, and SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out; suppression records are retained so an opted-out address or number is not re-enrolled accidentally.

We retain information only as reasonably required for orders, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, support, and consented marketing. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent, email glamiora@akadtech.cloud. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

By using this site, you agree to provide accurate information, use the store lawfully, and not interfere with its security, pricing, availability, or checkout systems.

Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. An order is accepted only after payment succeeds and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund orders affected by fraud, obvious pricing errors, unavailable stock, unsupported destinations, or fulfilment restrictions.

Product photographs and screen colours are illustrative; packaging may change while the underlying product remains equivalent. Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glamiora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Glamiora products are cosmetics intended to cleanse, moisturise, condition, or improve appearance. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Read the package directions and full ingredient list before use. Patch test when appropriate, avoid use on broken or irritated skin unless the label permits it, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a qualified medical professional for persistent skin concerns, allergies, pregnancy-related questions, or medical conditions.
