Device Warranty Policy
1. Comprehensive 1-Year Hardware Coverage
Every genuine Glamiora device comes with a 1-year limited warranty protecting against manufacturer hardware defects from the date of original retail purchase. This covers all internal circuitry, LED light diodes, microcurrent delivery systems, and internal power malfunctions.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidental drops, physical impact, or gross negligence.
- Water submersion or liquid damage (unless the device is explicitly rated IPX7 waterproof).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembling the device.
- Damage from using incompatible charging cables or rapid-charging power bricks exceeding the specified voltage.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, or color fading.
3. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@glamiora.com with your original Order ID, serial number of the device, and a brief video clearly demonstrating the malfunction. If approved, Glamiora will either repair the defect at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance, or refund the original purchase price.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
All Glamiora orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, containing your secure tracking number.
2. Standard Delivery Timeframes
Due to the high demand for our premium clinical devices and our secure international fulfillment hubs, standard delivery currently takes 8 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. We utilize priority logistical routes to ensure your package arrives as swiftly and safely as possible.
3. Tracking & Visibility
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial scan. If your package has not arrived within the 15 business day window, please contact our support team with your order number.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Glamiora covers standard shipping costs, however, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glamiora is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
